Carmen Cappello – Executive Chef at Red Star Craft House

Carmen Cappello is the Executive Chef for Red Star Craft House in Exton. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years, Carmen has brought his culinary tastes to Atlanta, Philadelphia, and now Exton. Carmen will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations at Red Star Craft House, and with help from Sous Chefs Nick Crater and Nick Manzo, will offer a unique and exciting food program.

Carmen began his restaurant career, at 21, working with Chef Perrier at Brasserie Perrier. He then took his talents to Atlanta, becoming the Chef de Cuisine for the Ritz Carlton, and then headed back to Philadelphia to be the Executive Sous Chef for the Moshulu. He also has worked for the Belvedere Restaurant Group, and his latest stint had been reopening the historic Blue Bell Inn, as the Executive Chef. Carmen is looking forward to this new venture with Dave Magrogan, and the Magrogan Group family.
